The Benefits of Coffee

There are a ton of things to accomplish everyday, but here are a few good reasons to add a cup of coffee to your list.


Caffeine stimulates the nervous system. Therefore, improving physical performance by increasing adrenaline and signaling fat cells to breakdown body fat. After a strong cup of coffee your body is ready for intense physical exertion. So enjoy a cup before hitting the gym. (Gunnars, 2018)


Caffeine has been linked to help fight diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Type 2 diabetes.


Research shows those who regularly consume caffeine have a 23 to 50 percent lower chance of getting Type 2 diabetes. Those who consumed coffee regularly with an average of two to four cups had a 60 percent lower risk at Parkinson's disease, and a 65 percent lower risk at getting Alzheimer's disease. (Gunnars, 2018)


Studies also show that drinking coffee in moderation can help protect against heart failure, blood pressure, and liver cancer. (Marengo, 2019)


While the list goes on about the benefits of drinking coffee. If you haven't already, maybe it's time for you to partake in some of the benefits of drinking coffee regularly too.
